You don’t have to perform all the tasks, because you will have trained and skilled technicians who can guide you with the basic working of the industrial components.
As a new supervisor or new manager of an industrial unit, it is very important that you have a clear understanding of the circuit diagrams of the components of the industrial process. For example, if you are trying to find out the temperature control process in the industrial process, you will have to find out the basic information pertinent to temperature control. If there is a training programme for the site managers or site supervisors, make sure that you attend it and ask the instructor for all the queries that you have.
One of the most important aspects of the temperature control unit is the safety measures. If the safety measures are not taken during the industrial processes, your skilled technicians or other people who are associated with the particular process may have problems while working. If a trained technician approaches you to tell you that there is a problem with the temperature controllers, then you will have to take the concern very seriously.
